About me
I am a professor in decision and system sciences at Toulouse Business School (France). I earned my Ph.D. in management science at the Université de Paris Panthéon-Sorbonne. I have previously worked at the University of Melbourne (Australia).
My objective as an academic is to improve the way we understand and work on complex problems (wicked social problems, business and public strategizing).
My current research seeks to understand and improve the way we deal with complex situations. I draw on economic history, systems theory, complexity science and education science to reflect on why and how we think the way we do in complex situations.
I teach systems thinking for complex problem solving at Masters and DBA level. I also facilitate Digital Collage and Climate Fresk workshops with students, companies, and the general public both online and offline.
